Nature has blessed the planet earth with such innumerable qualities that are not found on any other planet. Air, water, land, vegetation, mountains, rain and snow are just a few when we try to count. Not only relying on the basic necessities provided in such accurate amount and a circle of life going on, nature has also decorated our planet with waterfalls, flowers, high snow covered peaks, glaciers, four alternating seasons and yet much more embellishment and garnishing done. To top this all Human beings are created to enjoy the beauty, populate the planet and establish civilizations. Humans are performing this job in such an incredible manner by giving rise to beautiful cultures, rich civilizations and leaving behind implausible heritage.
We can never encircle the natures beauty and the contribution of humans to its enhancement and growth but a small effort is being made to just have a glance at the worlds three of the most beautiful places garnished with rich culture and heritage.
Talking about one of the most unique habitats of Europe, Scotland is the center of beauty, history and culture. The beauty of Scotland is as diverse as the wilderness of sub arctic region to the Hebridean coast well known for its low lying machair rich with flowers to the snow capped mountains leaving you awestruck. Not just being one of the most beautiful countries, Scotland also possesses heritage and history worth mentioning. Starting by mentioning the Kelpies, is the monument made to signify the contribution of horses to the development of Scotland’s industry. Great Glen Canoe Trail is yet another mentionable place to visit in Scotland. Sixty miles long trail offers spectacular scenery. Another historical attraction is the island of Ulva that embraces a huge fauna and flora collection. Scotland is also hosting XX Commonwealth Games which is representative of its cultural importance. Scottish cuisine, art and literature saves great individuality for Scottish culture.
Taking a step further, I’ll mention yet another astonishing country. Reawaking our sense of awe, South Africa is the land of unblemished natural beauty, sophisticated art and culture and having ineffaceable foot prints of history on the sand of time. Mostly known for its thick forest and safari this land is the home to incredible wildlife like Leopards, Lions, Rhino, uncountable varieties of birds and lot more to see in this part of the world. South African beaches are known for their exotic scenery. Llandudno, Ballito, Cape Vidal beach and Blouberg beach are just a few of them all. Bringing the heritage of the country to the spotlight, South Africa is the resting place of Venda forefathers. The women Venda perform historical Domba (snake) dance which have its own background. The wide variety of ethnic cultures makes this land more colorful and significant.
Last but not the least, another blessed land on the earth is the Land of Midnight Sun. Norway is called so because the sun remains visible 24 hours a day during summers and winters remain dark. Norway has always remained hidden from the eyes of the visitors but let me inform that the country possesses some unique features. Norway is blessed with the largest number of fjords in the world with Sognefjord being the largest. Lakes, mountains, waterfalls and forests are its major attractions. With the tradition of building in wood, Norwegian architecture and designs holds great importance. The art, music and cuisine are reflective of traditions inspired by sea life. Norway hence can be said a hidden gem.
